『preview』と『Download』があるので、『preview』で確認して、
『Download』でテーマをダウンロードします。
それを解凍して、自分のワードプレスの中のwp-contentの中にあるthemesフォルダにアップロードすれば完了です。
あとは管理画面のデザインページを見れば無事インストールされていて選択できるはず。
